What Sarasto does.
Sarasto is a software company. Most of our work is for other businesses: we design and build custom software, connect the systems they already use through integrations, turn manual processes into workflow systems, and modernize software that has become hard to change.
We also build our own products. Sarasto Flow is a customer messaging and automation platform, now in pre-launch, and Luno is an open-source Android SMS gateway. Running our own products keeps us honest about what it takes to build software that lasts.

Start from the problem
We ask what is going wrong in your operation before we talk about features. The right software follows from the problem, not the other way round.

If your problem does not need custom software, or we are not the right team for it, we will tell you.
Small teams, real ownership
The people who design a system also build it and see it into production, so nothing is lost in a handoff.
